Shipping Information

Items are shipped via USPS Priority (signature required) or you can choose to pick items up at our Berkeley gallery.

For USPS Priority shipped orders please add $15 and allow 4-5 days to receive the item(s) once payment is processed.

We also offer Expedited Shipping.  Please add $30 and allow 2-3 days to receive items once payment is processed.

(Note: Orders over $500 will automatically be upgraded to Expedited Shipping at no extra charge.)

Holidays may affect delivery times.

Items ordered together may not always ship together.  We will contact you if this is the case.

Return Policy

Purchases from April Higashi Jewelry Online may be exchanged or returned within 10 days of the date of purchase.

To return items please contact us via email to request a return label.
(Note: For insurance purposes items must be returned using our return shipping label.)

Jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with receipt.

Custom orders are not returnable.

Custom sized rings will need authorization before returning and may be subject to a sizing fee ranging from $40-$150.

Once the item(s) is received, we will refund the full cost minus shipping charges.
(Note: Orders over $500 will automatically be upgraded at no extra charge to Expedited Shipping. However, if item(s) is returned the $30 Expedited shipping charge will apply.)

 We will send you an email confirmation once we receive the item(s).  Please keep in mind it may take 2-10 days for credits to post to your account.
